Elijah Olson is an IT operations leader with direct experience managing large-scale enterprise service desk environments, multi-team IT operations, and compliance-driven technology programs. He holds an ITIL 4 Foundation certification, a Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Cybersecurity, and is completing an MBA in IT Management. His background spans IT operations management, process improvement, vendor oversight, and regulatory compliance.
